The lightest mid-layer in the Scott range is the Pullover W's Defined Light. It carries a quarter zip and is knitted from 165 g/m2 stretch grid fleece.

The colour is black. The blend is 94 percent recycled polyester and 6 percent elastane, and the pullover weighs around 200 grams. The grid knit forms small pockets of air that insulate, while the channels between them move moisture off the skin. That is why it works both as a warm base layer on the coldest days and as a mid-layer under a three-layer shell, with no need to swap pieces during the day. The quarter zip gives a quick vent when your heart rate climbs on a skin track or through a long carving sequence. Elastane keeps the fabric moving with you, so sleeves stay put when you reach overhead. The athletic cut adds no volume under a shell, and the knit dries fast, which is practical on trips with nowhere to hang wet kit.

  • Quarter zip vents heat on the climb
  • Grid knit insulates with air against skin
  • Works as base layer and mid-layer
  • 94 percent recycled polyester with 6 percent elastane
  • Athletic cut adds no bulk under shells
  • Around 200 grams and quick to dry

Made for skiers who pack light and would rather carry one thin layer that does several jobs than two thick ones.
