GT 13 Carbon - Ski Poles

The ONE WAY GT 13 Carbon is an alpine ski pole for the experienced piste skier who would rather feel as little as possible in the hand. Its shaft holds 70 percent carbon and weighs 222 grams per pole.

The shaft is tapered, running from 13 mm at the top to 9 mm at the tip. That moves mass up towards the hand, so the pole feels quick to swing forward into the turn while the lower section stays stiff enough for a firm plant. Carbon damps the vibration that otherwise travels up into the wrist when you set the pole into hard ice. The grip is the Ergo Grip Performance Pro, shaped to the hand so you can hold it loosely without losing control. That means less tension in the forearm once the day gets long.
