Looper Mips - Ski Helmet

Looper Mips Helmet is Sweet Protection's park lid, cut low and clean. This one is Dirt Black, weighs 455 grams and is certified to CE EN 1077 class B and ASTM F2040.

Inside sit in-moulded Impact Shields that spread the force of a hit across a larger area in the zones that take the most contact in the park. Mips sits as a layer that lets the helmet slide slightly against the head in angled impacts, and angled impacts are exactly what generate rotational forces when you catch a rail or land off axis. EN 1077 is the European helmet standard for alpine skiing and snowboarding, with class B covering general recreational use. The construction is light, which tells after hours of park laps. Venting is extensive, and the goggle garage with integrated goggle vents holds the goggle in place with no gap at the brow while pulling humid air away from the lens. The interior is comfortable and the rear dial tightens in a second. Ear pads come off when spring turns slushy.
