Lumi - Goggles

Lumi in Black/Mid Red is a snow goggle for children around six to eleven, drawn from Salomon's best-selling adult models. The frame is soft and hard-wearing, and the minimal rim opens up a wide field of vision without adding weight.

The lens is called Mid Red and is cylindrical with a Multilayer coating that stacks several filter layers to knock back glare off the snow. It transmits 30 percent of visible light in category 2, which suits partly cloudy conditions and days when the sun comes and goes. The lens changes quickly if the weather turns. The face edge is two layers of PU foam with a velvet facing, resting softly and sealing out draughts without pressure points. The Airflow system draws fresh air in through the frame and moisture back out, and that movement is what keeps the lens clear during slow laps on the learner slope. The strap is silicone-backed so it grips the helmet, and the dual-slide buckle tightens with gloves on. The goggle weighs 110 grams and comes in a microfibre bag.
