Speedy Nova - Goggle

The Uvex Speedy Nova is a ski goggle for kids who need proper eye protection from their first turn. It pairs a cylindrical single lens in lasergold with the uvex supravision anti-fog coating.

This version comes in pink with a lasergold lens. The lens sits in filter category S2 and passes 42 percent of the light, the range that suits changeable and lightly overcast days. The warm orange tint lifts contrast, so edges, tracks and bumps read more clearly when the light goes flat. The lens also blocks 100 percent of UVA, UVB and UVC up to 400 nanometres, and since snow throws most of that light straight back, the filter earns its place. The supravision coating keeps fog off the inner surface for twice as long as the standard requires. A flexible frame with soft face foam seals against the face without pressure points, and the 35 mm strap carries silicone grippers so the goggle stays put on the helmet. Total weight is 84 grams, certified to EN 174:2001 and EN ISO 18527-1:2022.
